Welcome!

Oxford Consultants for Social Inclusion (OCSI) have been commissioned by Department for Communities & Local Government to update the Indices of Deprivation, released on 30th September 2015

In addition to our work on updating the Indices, we have developed and curated this site.

This is a free resource for any users and aficionados of the Indices of Deprivation and brings together in one place case studies & examples of how the Indices have been used.

We are always looking for more content to add, so please get in touch and share how you have been using the Indices of Deprivation too.
